Shelly was amazing with my post-surgery care. She helped me so much with lymphatic drainage and was especially skilled at breaking up early fibrosis. I felt a huge difference in my healing after working with her. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about your recovery. Highly recommend!
Shelly is so amazing. I found her a few years ago when I had and I was in excruciating pain. She was able to not only give me lymphatic massages but teach me how to go through the healing process appropriately. Lately I've been feeling bloated and lethargic so I figured I'd give her a call even though I moved a little bit far away. She got me in right away it started working her magic. Shelley is awesome!!!! The first time I met with Shelley was for my pre-surgery lipedema manual lymphatic drainage treatment and consultation in Dec 2023. During the first 20 minutes she educated me about the function of the lymphatic system. It was an eye-opener.
The next time I saw Shelley was in Jan 2024 post-surgery. I was in a bad way. I was in pain, my compression garment was cutting through my skin and I hadn’t slept for two days.
