Customers appreciate the skill of photographers like Gen and Grace, who create beautiful family and corporate photos. Gen successfully captured smiles from young children during a quick 15-minute session, while Grace accommodated last-minute requests for corporate headshots, providing high-quality images at reasonable prices. Many customers mention the availability of discounts, making the service affordable.
Additionally, Bree stands out for her exceptional multitasking abilities and professionalism, even when facing challenges in the studio. However, some customers express frustration with management practices, particularly regarding support staff being kept on the phone during busy times, which can hinder the customer experience. Overall, JCPenney Portraits is recommended for its quality photography and friendly staff, with hopes for improved management support in the future.
I had such a wonderful experience at JCPenney Portrait Studio! Scout, the manager, was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and welcoming, and she made the whole experience feel so comfortable and stress-free. You can really tell that she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The pictures came out beautiful, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Thank you, Scout, for making our experience so special! 💕📸 I definitely recommend her!

We had such a great experience with ISACC our photographer! He was incredibly kind, patient, and so well‑coordinated throughout the entire session. He guided us with poses, kept the energy fun and relaxed, and made sure everyone looked their best. The photos came out beautiful, and the whole process felt effortless thanks to their professionalism. Highly recommend for anyone looking for someone who’s both talented and genuinely pleasant to work with.
