The dental assistant was patient and explained each procedure she performed, she answered my questions and was very professional. Dr Tran was also very nice and explained my eye examinations, was professional and easy to communicate with. I was apprehensive at first; now I'm glad I chose Helm Vision Group!

After a horrible experience with another Eye Care, this was an amazing experience. The appointment was on time, everyone was very friendly, state of the art equipment and Dr. Tran made me feel so comfortable and explained everything. Appointments are quick to schedule and they coordinate beautifully. Plus, they answer their phone! Thank you everyone at Helm!

I was very impressed with Bri, who performed all of my eye exams. The doctor answered all of my questions, although my time with her did feel a bit rushed. The front desk staff was efficient but not very friendly. The waiting room was standing room only and the wait time was too long. The doctor, very quickly, explained that I have three lens options to choose from for my cataract surgeries. The front desk staff, very quickly, gave me the cost for each of those choices. I think the doctors and staff there need to spend more time, and that they should have a handout explaining the options, the pricing, all of the necessary appointments, and information about the surgery.... read full review
