i expected a small quiet spa in acton but this place has such a strong community vibe the moment you walk in. marta did my brows and honestly it hurt less than other places i have been to, plus she talked me through what she was doing the whole time so i was not nervous. they also had some lavender tea waiting and i was like oh okay this is nice, i did not expect that at all. i normally never book again right away but i literally made another appointment on my way out. just a really good experience and kind people who clearly know what they are doing.
