Awesome to shop for appliances electronics everything always has parking store is big everything is high quality they need more cashiers there are always 1 or 2 cashiers appliances are pricy

First, I want to give kudos to an associate named Eric and a manager named Sol. They were both so friendly and went above and beyond. Eric assisted me for nearly 30 mins finding an external hard-drive for a mac. The section was a mess. We couldn't find what we were looking for, so Eric recommended the 2TB I have in the picture. While it says $59.99 for 2TB, it rung up as a different price. Manager Tyler never looked at the picture to even see that the brand and storage amount were the same. His customer service wasn't terrible but not great. Manager Sol ultimately assisted me. He looked at the picture and immediately understood the confusion. He didn't accuse me or blame his associates. He even tried to sell me a Best Buy membership. Excellent service!!

Brandon was very informative and helpful with my car audio purchase. He helped out a ton and gave me a great setup. Installed the subs and amplifier into my car and can say he did a great job.
