We recently had the roof replaced on our rental property and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Colin Roofing, a family-owned business, did an outstanding job. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was handled with professionalism and care.
Javier, one of the owner’s sons, coordinated the entire project from start to finish. He was fantastic to work with-an excellent communicator who was always available to answer our questions and keep us informed with regular phone calls and progress photos .His personable approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I researched several roofing companies before my husband and I selected Colin Roofing. It’s a family owned company, by father and son. They came out and assessed the leak we had, and made us aware of an additional troubled spot. We received a good quote and were placed on their work schedule. During the repair work, they removed half of our roof tiles, replaced damaged boards and put down the under covering material. Colin Roofing was highly recommended by our friend's father. He suggested they would do the best job and that has proved to be true. Javier inspected the property and took measurements to use in the quote. His measurements were within a foot of the measurements I took. He answered all the questions I had concerning the job, before and after I received the quote. The office staff members, John and Melisa were also friendly and helpful. The finished roof was excellent! All the things that weren't properly done 16 years ago by another company were fixed to my complete satisfaction.
