I have been coming to this place for years with no problems until I went in today. The service has become subpar and overpriced. I came for a pedicure and I had to tell lady my water was either too cold or not warm multiple times. The hot stones were luke warm at best. I informed the lady working on my feet that the stones weren't hot, she then dips them into the basin water and proceeds to attempt to warm up the stones and rub them on me. $35 pedicure package with gel polish jumps to $50 because Gel polish is an extra $15. I have no problems paying for gel polish but there are no signs posted saying this. The polish selection is outdated and the polish they have is running...read full review

This place was never this bad like it is now. I came in today and told Lyn about my nails not being what I asked for, and instead of her trying to listen to me she got mad and said next time ask for what you want exactly and don’t ask for Me.
Who runs this place? This place has horrible customer service.

Usually it’s not bad, but today my mother was not satisfied with the design, we politely told them their mistake and we were treated with attitude and laziness. They also clearly were talking crap about us in they’re language, in the end after fighting for what she wanted they finally complied
