This guy just packed up and disappeared. I had went to him for years but one day I showed up to my appointment, only to find the doors locked and no one home. I called a dozen times with no answer and eventually a disconnected phone. This put me in a position to find a new pain management doctor, which required months of wait time. Those months were spent in pain. Medical abandonment.

I don't think this office is even open anymore! I've called several times at different times of the day and after a week of trying to get ahold of them to schedule my mom's appointment I went by the office only to find two notes from UPS dated June 27th and last try to deliver June 29th and today is July 10th and I have called his office 3 times wit a recording stating cannot connect at this time. He's a fucking Joke!
