“After having a terrible experience with another tax office in the San Fernando Valley, I honestly don’t know why I didn’t just go back to Joe’s Professional Tax Service from the very beginning. Joe has been handling my personal taxes for about 6 years now, but as a newer business owner, I mistakenly thought I needed to find a separate CPA or completely different tax professional for my business taxes.

After my experience elsewhere, I quickly realized I should have trusted the person who has consistently taken care of me all these years. Going back to Joe was one of the best decisions I could have made.

The difference in professionalism, communication, knowledge, and overall customer service was beyond night and day. The other office constantly forgot our conversations, misplaced documents I had already sent, barely took the time to explain anything to me, and left me feeling overwhelmed and stressed during a process that was already intimidating as a new business owner.

Joe and his team gave me a completely different experience. From the moment I came back, I felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. Joe personally took the time to call me, walk me through the filing process step by step, explain things in a way that actually made sense, answer every question I had, and reassure me throughout the process. He even went above and beyond by calling the IRS for me to help resolve concerns I had.

You can truly tell that Joe takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his clients and their success. That level of professionalism, patience, honesty, and dedication is rare to find these days. His staff is also incredibly kind, organized, efficient, and welcoming.

I was so impressed with my experience that I’ve actually decided to transfer my bookkeeping services over to Joe’s office as well. His bookkeeping pricing is very reasonable, and after the level of care and professionalism I received, I feel confident knowing my business is in good hands.

As a business owner, it means everything to have someone you can truly trust handling both your personal and business finances, and I can confidently say I will continue using Joe’s Professional Tax Service for years to come. This review is long overdue, and honestly, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

If you are looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping their clients, whether for personal taxes, business taxes, bookkeeping, or CPA services, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend.”
