First time there, very happy with the outcome! Barber took his time on my brother's haircut and was very nice and accommodating as we did not know what hair cut to get. Definitely recommend!

Founded in 1957 by Freddie and Ollie Carter, StylesVille originally opened its doors across the street from its current location on Van Nuys Boulevard during a time when the Valley was still mostly segregated, and discriminatory housing practices constrained opportunities for African American families.
The couple had met at Jefferson High School in Los Angeles and, after marrying, moved to Pacoima in the early 1950s when the neighborhood was establishing its own vibrant African American community.

I needed a hair cut and my stylist does not open until 10 Am so I had a doctor's appointment close by, I decided to Google a barbershop close by and I found this place, I went in at 9:15 and I had the most pleasant service, he was fast and kind, I would highly recommend this place, thank you for a good job well done.
