I attended a funeral here for my best friends dad and it was very nice. My mom passed away recently and I decided to go to Ruckers. I had a great experience with Michael, Vanessa, and Dennis. Someone would always pick up the phone when I had to call with questions and they were very communicative throughout the whole process. I didn’t know anything about this process before going in and they made it easy during this very tough time. The space itself is very nice, clean, and smells great. Highly recommend for when it’s unfortunately needed.
Hi everyone, just wanted to give you feedback on our experience at this location. My father recently passed away and we had our funeral services with Ruckers.They did their job and what they were paid to do. I read a lot of comments regarding the way that people we're treated. These people are not here to be your friends. This is work for them and that’s all it is. They do not have feelings or any remorse for your loved ones. they did everything they had to do for us. Vanessa was extremely sympathetic and helpful throughout the entire process. Michael was also very informative and answered all of our questions. Location is clean, quite, and spacious.
