I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend him. I needed a 2nd Key and Fob made for my new car (used 2021 Hyundai Sonata with Push to Start). Dealership prices are outrageous, and many locksmiths in the area said they couldn't do it at all. I found James/Key Pros on Yelp and he quoted me a price that was significantly lower than anyone else. - He answered all of my questions without an attitude - He had flexible scheduling - He came to me and was on-time - He was friendly (felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years) - He was prepared, he didn't have to order any parts. He had everything that was needed for the job on-hand. He ran into an issue with the cutting of the physical key, he got the issue fixed and then came back to finish the work without a complaint. His shop is in the valley and I'm near downtown Los Angeles, that's not an easy or quick drive -- but he did it all without a complaint. Had a negative experience with this business. My key fob was defective and didn't age well. After speaking with the owner, he explained to me how they had a bad batch with their supplier with the specific key fob I had received. He offered to make things right and exchanged my key fob without a cost to me. Very satisfied! Will be coming to get keys for my girlfriend's car next!
