I have been going to Katie's since 2012. That's so much longer than a decade. About 4 years ago, I had moved to Valencia which is so far, especially when you consider the traffic. Now, since it was so far away, I tried many local places in & around Valencia. Some, way expensive than Katie's. But their service would not compare to Katie's. Now I don't mind the extra drive in the traffic but I will go only to Katie's. Lilly is so amazing and very caring.
Be aware though, Lily & her team is very busy. So, you have to be little flexible.
This place is the only place I get my haircut. Awesome people great haircut and the only one place that washes your hair and cuts your hair good prices friendly staff a must to come to.
The lady who cut my hair asked if I had a picture of what I wanted. I didn't, but note for next time to bring one. She asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and was very precise when cutting. My new cut is exactly what I wanted. I'd definitely go back!
