Had a great experience with Junior. He was quick to respond, timely in coming out to look at my problem, communicated very well throughout the job, and did excellent work. He went above and beyond what I expected.

Customer service is something a lot of places talk about but rarely truly standby. There is normally always something the company wants to push for sale or else they don't truly appreciate the customer. Hermelindo a.k.a. Junior is the best example of customer service that I have ever witnessed. He came to my house and evaluated what was wrong with my pool at no cost. Not just did he look at what was wrong with my pool he told me the best way to go about getting it fixed without using his service. I called Cannonball and there was no answer, went to voicemail - a robot voice saying the phone number - nothing saying the name of the company to confirm that I even had the correct number - then it says "voice mail is full" - 5 minutes later I get a text from them saying "please text" not even a full sentence. Very unprofessional from the start if you ask me - I don't recommend doing business with people who are so unprofessional and I wouldn't do business with people who are this unprofessionalThey couldn't even be bothered with a full sentence like "Thank you for calling Cannonball Pool Service, we are are not available to take... read full review
