Really appreciate the work by Marlon and Ray and the workers to locate and repair my irrigation line break! It was difficult to find but with their expertise were able to locate a deep break and repair it at a reasonable price. We also found a gas line problem with inferior materials installed by a previous contractor which they fixed as well.
We had a great experience with Works plumbing. Everything from start to finish was seamless, professional, and made us feel comfortable. I was visiting my parents, who have an old house which comes with its issues, and this time it was the kitchen sink.
When I called Works, a kind lady answered right away and was incredibly helpful. Within half an hour, a technician was in the kitchen and had it fixed in no time. Can't remember his name, but I appreciated his common sense and the way he empathized with my mother's concerns.

Works Plumbing sent out a team to help me figure out if there was a leak causing our water bill to be 6x higher than usual. The other company I contacted wanted almost $500 to come diagnose the problem, but Works said I only would pay for any work they ended up doing, so of course I booked with them. They arrived on time and were helpful and friendly, trying all sorts of things to figure out what was going on with my plumbing. They gave multiple suggestions going forward but weren't pushy at all. I will definitely call them again in the future!
