In Feb 2024 we held my Dad's service at Chapel by the Sea; the service was beautiful, intimate, and my father honored as he deserved. Armando demonstrated a level of professionalism coupled with years of experience, in guiding us through every step of the planning process, cost, and all aspects of the service ensuring we honored my Dad's life and military service. When my Dad passed, I contacted Armando and from the time Chapel by the Sea came to pick up my Dad (the men were very respectful) to the actual memorial, things went pretty smoothly. Being a Pacifica resident we have been to many beautiful services at the chapel by the sea. Having to recently use the chapel for our fathers passing was just as beautiful of an experience for us.Armando & Heather were amazing and made this a seamless process during a very difficult time. Our mother was very pleased & we thank you for taking care to explain each step of the way through this process with empathy & professionalism.

My family used Chapel By the Sea for my mother's celebration of life service. The director, Armando Santana, was very helpful in making it happen for us. He met with us and made sure that all bases were covered. He was always available by phone or email. Upon our request, he recommended a pastor to help with the service. He even had vendors that helped us with the programs and prayer cards. He also had several flower vendors. On the day of the service, he set up all the photos, flowers, programs, cards, etc. He greeted people and provided direction as they entered.
