I would not hesitate for one moment to highly recommend Neil for any computer problems. Neil is very impressive with his knowledge and professionalism. He is highly skilled, and his customer service is the BEST!! Another plus is that Neil will try and save you whatever money he can. Not always the norm nowadays. I had a never used, but 4 year old machine that I couldn't get to boot up. HP wouldn't help me, and after spending 3 hours on the phone with MS, I gave up trying the free route and paid Neil to save my laptop. He not only did a great job but it took him about 15 minutes..if that. Bonus that he is close by, but also he was very flexible and accommodating when setting up the appointment. He'll definitely be my go-to tech-help guy!
