I had a never used, but 4 year old machine that I couldn't get to boot up. HP wouldn't help me, and after spending 3 hours on the phone with MS, I gave up trying the free route and paid Neil to save my laptop. He not only did a great job but it took him about 15 minutes..if that. Bonus that he is close by, but also he was very flexible and accommodating when setting up the appointment. He'll definitely be my go-to tech-help guy!
