Purchased an Artesian IRIS salt water Garden Spa from Debra at Whiteswan Pool & Spa, after meeting her at the Home Show in Santa Barbara. What great customer service! Debra patiently answered all my questions and helped me pick the perfect spa which I’ve had for a year and use every day. The delivery team was excellent, set everything up including the umbrella. I’ve been back to purchase product, have my water tested, and just finished my first water change. Lupita walked me through every step and made it so easy. Would definitely recommend Whiteswan if you are looking for a relaxing spa!

I bought my Dimension One spa from Whiteswan almost exactly one year ago. Darren was my sales person and he was very friendly and knowledgable. After negotiating a fair price for the spa, I threw them a curveball by telling them that I needed to have it installed within the next 2 days (for a big mother's day party I was throwing). They were able to accommodate my request and had it delivered, connected, filled, and running perfectly within 2 days of purchase. The installation guys were very nice and very careful moving it into my backyard. Spa has been perfect ever since.
