Overall experience was great! The company was quick to respond to my leaking toilet. The plumber was friendly, experienced and honest. His charge was reasonable and the service was excellent. I would use this company again and recommend to all my friends and family.

I had a backed up mainline which needed to be cleared. I called and spoke to the owner Victor who immediately answered and provided a quote and time frame for service. Junior arrived within the stated time frame and quickly cleared the stoppage. Junior was friendly, courteous and professional. I recommend and will use VIP again.

As luck would have it we got a slab leak the day before Thanksgiving. After determining the location of the leak they gave an estimate that I found reasonable. Here's where I feel they attained Hero status. They returned on Friday and performed the repair so we didn't have to go without running water all weekend. They do excellent work and thoroughly clean up after themselves when finished.
