I see I'm not alone with not being impressed with the customer service in this store - to be fair I went in there on a Friday evening and that is not the time for me, to crowded with too many kids. Anyway, I've decided that - next time I go there - I'm going to go staight to the front (hopefully to a manager) and state that I'm going to need an associate to assist me, and well we'll see how that goes ??♀️?

I went to the Oxnard ULTA location yesterday in search of some make up for a friend’s wedding. I was a little short on time, and when I went in Emily was able to help me find the perfect shade of foundation and helped me out quickly and efficiently. She did such an excellent job that I actually bought an additional product from her recommendation, and the lip gloss was as amazing as the foundation! If you need anything in a time crunch, Emily at ULTA in Oxnard is your girl.

I went to the Oxnard ULTA location yesterday in search of some make up for a friends wedding.
