After months of unsuccessfully dealing with Medicare, who refused to pay an ambulance bill when my very ill husband was taken to St. John's Medical Center, on April 13, 2022, I contacted the office of Hiepler & Hiepler. I first spoke to Janel Kerby, Executive Assistant, who competently relayed my situation to Mr. Mark Hiepler. He responded to my request on April 19, 2022, with a detailed outline and the best way to proceed. On May 11, 2012, I had a telephone hearing with a Medicare Judge, and I followed Mr. Hiepler's recommendation and guidelines in my opening statement.
