My sister and I had the worst haircut from Frank here. The vibe of the salon was odd. They did have kittens which was cute and random. We went because my sister had a previous cut with Tracey and we were hopeful of the other stylists that were available. Our mistake.

Francesco gave my girlfriend highlights and persistently tried to up-sell her with additional products and hair masks any chance available. Like an auto shop always saying there’s something more your car needs, he said her hair needs. My girlfriend eventually agreed to a “free hair mask / replacement for conditioner” and was charged an additional $40 at checkout. An additional $65 charge was attempted for a take-home mask which she never agreed to. She felt cheated out of her money.The highlights came out nice though.

I wish I could give this salon zero stars. I have been growing my hair out for 2 years and came in for a cut and balayage color. Francesco absolutely destroyed my hair. I didn't notice until a couple days later when I washed my hair and it wasn't curled anymore. I was so embarrassed to walk around or even to wear my hair down. I had to go to another salon and pay more money to fix what he did to my hair. It took 4 hours to fix my hair. Please save your hair and go somewhere else. The pictures are not a grow out, that is how I left the salon.
