Our 8 year-old son started here when he was 5. A friend recommended this studio and we enrolled him in the Little Dragons program. This is a fantastic school and the staff here are skilled at working with children and teens, as well as adults.
My son has called this his “second home” and I think this speaks volume about this place. I have seen my son’s confidence grow as a result of his time there. We are parents who firmly believe it is never too early to teach children the importance of discipline, respect, and focus. Our son has been a student here for over 4 years. He should earn his junior black belt within the next year. The discipline and lessons he has learned and continues to learn carry over into every area of life. His Sifus (instructors) are excellent role models who do an outstanding job of bringing the best out of their students. The program is not easy. It will require hard work and discipline, but the rewards are well worth it. I highly recommend Sasaki’s Kenpo!

My son took lessons with sensei Jody many years ago, and he stayed with it though the completion of his black belt. Many years later, it is clear that my son's time at Sasaki's Kenpo Karate was one of the best things he ever did. I would urge any parent of a child to pursue this, as your child will be rewarded with physical fitness, self-confidence, camaraderie, values, and a sense of accomplishment. I shall be forever grateful for what Sasaki's Kenpo Karate did for my son.
