I recently got my hair colored at a salon in Ventura. I absolutely hated it, it wasn’t at all what I wanted. The second photo was what I was going for and instead I got highlights and ugly roots that didn’t suit me whatsoever. I came to Queena with a haircut to make me feel better about it and she offered to fix the color for me. I asked if she was available the next day and she scheduled me promptly for the next morning. She came in on her day off (Chinese Thanksgiving), which I thought was very nice of her to do. She did an amazing, beautiful job with my hair. She put A LOT of care into my hair and I LOVE IT. Queena knows her craft. She is a true artist. I will never go anywhere else. All the hair stylists know what they are doing. They are kind and professional. Best haircut I have had in a long time.

Stylist: Connie is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and personable. She knows hair, unlike handfuls of stylist that I have been to. I told her what I wanted and she knew just what to do! Highly recommend if you want to change your hair color, do highlights or just a get a new cut!
