Needed a custom register for narrow space to one side. Found this company online. Was an easy process including them preparing a drawing. Register looks excellent and very high quality. Affordable also for the work. Highly recommended.

Shopping with Pacific Register has been an awesome experience. I wanted slightly oversized frames for my floor registers. Mila walked me through all the options, made suggestions, showed me lots of patterns. I was totally surprised when they arrived. Very heavy duty, very nice finish. Yes, these cost a bit more than something you can get at a big box store. But they are worth it. I added Seal360 Floor Vent Screens to catch debris. Fit perfectly. Would be a nice option if Pacific Register offered those as well. Thank you!!

They worked with the shipper for 2 months trying to get the product to Canada. They didn't have to and eventually I did receive it. Hopefully they drop UPS Canada and go with someone else
