Love the AC vent registers! Worked with Mila on custom sizings for floor vents. She was super helpful and the process was painless. The AC vent registers arrived 4 weeks later and are of very good quality!

sent product with wrong measurements due to misleading instructions, then they offered no restocking fee , which is normally a good thing, but the second quote came more expensive than the first one plus I had to pay double shipping fees . in other words they still covered their restocking fee plus charged me for back and forth shipping. Poor customer service and I got someone with zero patience trying to meet my needs to find a replacement product. I am going to simply not use what I ordered that cost me an arm and a leg and go with another vendor.
