We've had Pacific Aire out to our home twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. The first time was for a tank-to-tankless water heater conversion, which helped us save valuable space in our laundry room. Most recently, they installed air conditioning in our home. Both crews were professional, respectful, and incredibly thorough in explaining the scope of work, so we always knew exactly what to expect. They communicated everything clearly, even letting us know when they'd be taking lunch and went above and beyond by offering us donuts they had brought! We had Pacific Aire come out to replace one of our bathroom fans this week, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My husband was home during the repair, and when I got back and turned the fan on, I honestly thought it wasn’t working—it was that quiet. I even called the technician to double-check that the power had been turned back on! He kindly explained that the fan takes about 15 seconds to kick on and is designed to be ultra-quiet. Sure enough, after listening closely, I realized it was running—I was just so used to the loud roar of our old fan that I couldn’t believe how whisper-quiet this new one was.
