I been taking my kids here for 3+years and today I took my 8 year old son to his regular cleaning visit. The front office lady was friendly but the lady that took my son in to do his cleaning was kinda rude Whenever she was speaking to me about my son needing to brush better. I been taking my son to the dentist since he was 18 months & has no cavities & this is the first time one of the staff members at this dentist made me feel like a bad parent. I will no longer come here with my kids.

Great office but poor customer service. We called for an emergency the receptionist said they were booked already but she was going to help trying to find out something available elsewhere and she was going the let us know the same day but we never received any phone call until we did. And the reception sounds lost and some of the questions we did she didn’t have the answers.

The 1st visit the nurses were very friendly and made my son at ease. The 2nd visit the Dr. As well as the nurses seemed less patient. They were unable to finish the last tooth. I'm wondering if it's so I'd have to come back and pay for the nitro and "brave juice". Which is very expensive. And not very affective. The mask they use for the nitro is so big it falls off his face anytime he's relax. They put these giant sun glasses to shield the light and they fall off his face. For being a child dentist office they should have things to better fit their faces.
