Set an appointment 4 days before the day off in less than 5 min and set up time and day on the phone but through out the week things got a bit odd since my messages on text were turning green when they were originally blue. Communication was extremely lacking when all i simply asked was if the address was correct to avoid going to the wrong location. She replied "???", and so i replied "for the appointment" and she replied "yes", so i left it at that. Nessa is THE BEST. Such clean braids and sections, takes early appointments and even finishes off the braids with a wrap & blow dry. She gave us all the post care info on how to upkeep them. We drove all the way from SB and was completely worth it ! Thank you Nessa we will be back!

I took my daughter to Vanessa to get her hair braided she was great! She did such a good job my daughter loved them! Shes such a good braider with great prices.My daughter has went back and will be going back to her regularly! I have recommended her and will keep recommending her thanks Vanessa your awesome!
