I had a really disappointing experience at New Era Barber Shop. I walked in and was left waiting with no communication at all. There were barbers available without clients, but no one acknowledged me or let me know if they were taking walk-ins.

Let’s start off with how JACOB left my little brother with half a hair cut because he could not finish a job he started he stated he didn’t realize how much hair he had and would have to come back the next day due to JACOB over booking himself. Mind you this was told to him after already cutting off half his hair.
This happened on Saturday March 14) and sleeping on this for a day I definitely feel I should let people know about this.
