I went to get my eyebrows threaded on Saturday. The young lady who worked on my eyebrows did a great job. However, I am not giving the best review due to poor customer service while I was waiting. I was only greeted once when I signed in. I had to wait a really long time to be helped. I wasn't told while I waited how much longer it would be. When it was finally my turn, the young lady who did my eyebrows walked past me, went to the reception desk and spoke to her colleague in her language, instead of asking me directly if it was my turn. I had to tell her I had been waiting. I am a firm believer that people have a right to speak in the language they are most comfortable.... read full review

Found Piya's page on IG. I believe she's the owner of Liza Threading. Her pictures looked great so I decided to give her a try. So glad I did! She did a wonderful job with my eyebrows. She took her time and seem to really care about the quality of the job done. Happy to have found my new eyebrow lady :-)
