I went in to get dip, and they immediately put my fingers in acetone for the removal of my old dip. The lady leaves me there for 10+ minutes while she snacks in the back. It started to burn my skin, so I began scrubbing off my old dip myself to finish the task she left undone. She then comes back and when I say what I did because it was irritating my skin, the manager walks by and says “it’s only acetone,” as if I’m overreacting to having my skin burn from overexposure. Despite the comments I wanted to give them a try. I got a gel pedicure and the overall result was great but I have to say that the Customer Service was not all that great and it's true what they say about pricing I paid $45 for simple pedicure, which was pretty much just the gel, and he rubbed some lotion on my legs afterwards that's about it. He even seemed upset that I walked in. He did not greet me at all. He was talking to me like he was barking orders to a dog. He treated my feet so roughly. And then he proceeds to leave me sitting in the chair to dry without saying a word for the longest time. I had to ask if it was ok to go. He said “you can go” “if you want to.” I will never come back to this establishment again. I work hard for my money like everyone else and I will not support a business...read full review
