Worst medical appointment I've ever been provided, so I showed up before my check in time and the lobby is actually full and they're taking them in order so I had to wait an hour at least! So I don't know why the nurse guy was even in the room staring me down making me irritated and uncomfortable when I'm explaining to the provider what happened they usually leave the room right when provider shows up. I mentioned that, and he finally leaves the room. I don't understand why he was there being nosy in the first place! Denise is hands down the worst orthopedic that I've ever had to experience, so disappointing that they're keeping her around instead of giving an opportunity...read full review

Every time I call, I am put on hold for over 20 minutes. When I decide to use their option of leaving a message, no one calls me back. The message says for an urgent phone call. They will call you back within three hours. They also say for a regular message That they will call you by the end of the day. No one called back. Today,24 hours later, someone called me and had no idea why I was calling in the first place. She said I was just informed that you called. I don't know the reason. This is disturbing. Urgent messages need to be replied to within three hours. Or even less. I am still waiting for a phone call back from a supervisor or maybe even my doctor ortho What time?

Went to urgent care for cough and fever. This place did an ekg and thought I was having a panic attack. Didn't bother to perform any other testing. Next day I was in the ER, ICU, and eventually intubated and on ecmo. So if you want them to ignore your symptoms and end up near death, this is the place.
