I read the 5 other reviews & thank God that wasn't my experience. I've only been here 1 time so far so my opinion may change but so far I've had nothing but good experiences! I'm seeing Andrea, Nurse Practitioner & she is FANTASTIC! She spent as much time as she could & scheduled me to come back so I could continue with my issues. Also, the front & back staff were nice & I didn't have any problems with attitude, etc.

I had a total knee replacement in late July 2018 and come to this facility because Dr. Mary Ragsdale, M.D. is my Orthopedic Surgeon. She and her team rate a 5+ star review on all levels. Everyone is highly professional, competent, and are courteous all the while providing excellent care. Dr Ragsdale herself, is a conscientious and highly skilled, (if not "gifted") surgeon and goes "above and beyond" to ensure that all of my needs are met. I simply cannot say enough about this positive experience! A brand new knee, a fabulous Dr. and staff....what's not to love! I have always found this facility clean and quite busy; preferring early am appointments as the wait time is less. The staff at the front desk (check-in) are not overly chatty or friendly, but are very competent and attentive. I have always received a courtesy/reminder call one day prior to my appointments.
