Dr Gillian at Kan-sai is so amazing at her job. I have been to other acupuncture places and Kan-sai is by far the greatest place to have acupuncture done. After every treatment I feel better. Dr Gillian is professional and personable. I really appreciate their service. You will be very happy if you choose to go there.
I love this place for their expertise and accessibility. I wish they offered other TCM treatments, but overall am pleased with the acupuncture, red light, and cupping I receive each appointment, along with the attention to care.
Dr Gillian is amazing. I have a foot injury from September. I’ve tried it ALL. I didn’t start to feel improvement until I started acupuncture 12/2025. Dr. Gillian cares about her patients. She is clear and direct about instructions with aftercare and the process of acupuncture. She’s pleasant and consistent. She answers the phone including just now and fit me in for an appt today. I still have 6 additional sessions and healing to go but I’m very pleased with the care so far.
The office is outdated as far as medical records & scheduling. They use paper charting and when you walk in you feel like you’re stepping back in time. I don’t mind this. I enjoy it...read full review
