Wish I could keep this little gem in the heart of Oxnard to myself, but have to recommend Jacky’s salon. Jacky is dedicated to making me, my family and her clients looking their best. She listens attentively to the styles you want and is very patient. I’ve seen her work on a variety of people and hair and impressed by her skill. I highly recommend her service! She speaks some English and pictures of what you want go a long way.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
