Such a great experience when I decided to try this 24 out. I was immediately greeted with a smile by Liz at the front desk and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. It can be intimidating trying out a new gym, but because of Liz, I will be back!

This gym is great! Awesome to get a quick workout in. Liz is awesome!! She was super friendly when I came into the gym. Even at the early hours! After my workout, I had a couple of questions regarding a guest pass and she was VERY helpful in answering my questions. She even walked me through the process. I appreciate her! She's definitely the first face I want to see when I go to workout! Thanks Liz for making my gym experience great!

its ok, its poorly run, don't enforce mask requirements. the locker room and small and usually not very clean. generally its crowded and hard to get on equipment. But the price is right
