What can I say? Tracy, you are amazing. Dive in Restoration came into our lives after major water damage affected both levels of our two-story home. The bathrooms had severe damage to the walls, flooring, vanities, and surrounding materials. My wife and I have been in our home for a long time, and the back side gets strong sun most of the day in Oxnard. Over time, the window seal dried out and started letting moisture build up between the panes. It had gotten hard to enjoy the view, so we finally decided to move forward with the work before the moisture issue could lead to bigger water intrusion problems around the window area. brayden was great to work with. i called dive in restoration in the evening after we found mold and moisture damage in the lower level, and tracy came out the next day for a free inspection. he was professional, very knowledgeable, and patient while answering all of my questions about mold remediation, drying, and cleanup. i also felt he was honest and straightforward and did not try to upsell any extra services. the quote was sent right away, and a few days later the work was completed. he was always on time, explained the process clearly, and did a great job with the remediation. the affected area looked clean, dry, and fully addressed, and all visible signs of mold...read full review
