For almost 2 years I struggled with random dizziness, panic attacks, random crying and worrying, and everything scared me. I was afraid to drive, and I missed a lot of work. I would eat every 30 mins because I felt like I was going to pass out if I didn’t. I went to multiple doctors trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Each time the doctors would tell me it’s just anxiety & prescribe me anxiety meds. I do admit that part of it was anxiety but I knew something wasn’t right… and honestly I didn’t take the medication because it would make things worse. They also did blood work and everything would come out fine; I wasn’t diabetic, I didn’t have high/low blood pressure, my oxygen was good, etc. My iron was a little low, but nothing that should concern me. Honestly, it was driving me crazy not getting answers because I KNEW something wasn’t ok. I’m very glad I reached out to Dr. Gonzales. He ACTUALLY listened to me, took everything I said into consideration, and right away he knew the cause. I had fallen from a horse 3yrs ago causing issues between my head & neck. Immediately after the 1st session, I felt relief. I won’t lie, I was skeptical at 1st, but since I started seeing Dr. Gonzales I haven’t had those symptoms. I still go to him since the fall did happen so long ago and it’s a work in progress, but because of him… I’m able to go back to my normal life. I’m very thankful for him. (Side note: I did tell every doctor I had fallen off a horse and had a concussion 3yrs ago, but they told me that shouldn’t be affecting me… they didn’t even try to take that into consideration. I even went to a doctor what was both family doc AND a chiropractor and even he told me it’s just anxiety.)
