Best Care was subcontracted to fumigate our house by Inside Out Pest Control because we have a Spanish tile roof. Inside Out company warned us that they might do some damage when putting up the tent, so we were required to sign an excessive damage waiver before the work was done. Nevertheless, we were assured that they would take reasonable care. Best Care broke well over 200 tiles, and repair estimates now range from $9000-$11000. Other workers have been on the roof without breaking any tiles, and professional roofers have asked us what these guys were doing up there... dancing? Best Care (NOT!!!!!) WORST CARE!!!! THEIVES OXNARD BRANCH. This company is horrible and flat out robbed our home. There were picture frames off the walls, jars in my kitchen open, my washer and dryer doors open, several windows left unlocked, a flashlight in my masterbedroom restroom in which is normally in my laundry room. In total stolen over $2,000 and family heirlooms. When the foreman/manager was called Luis didn't seem fased at all over what happend and my husband was told "they service high end homes, the crew has worked together for a long time, they make $90,000 a year and don't need to steal and to call the police and wouldn't be able to come to our home due to being busy elsewere." No one from this company called us back to follow up as far as any internal investigation or questioning the crew. I know our home isn't high end but it's still my home in which my 3 children live in. My husband went out to the actual location to see an actual human being to try to get answers only to be made fun of or jokes being made of this unfortunate situation. I had even emailed the foreman/manager Luis only to have the same response my huband was told. He stated its protocol to leave anything with doors open and they don't touch picture fames in which in this case my pictures were off the walls and cleary not reported and my windows were unlocked. Who leaves a families a family home unsecure if your a fumigation business. How half assed is this!! Nothing was reported to this so called foreman/manager of items that were misplaced. And to still blame my neighborhood in which we have lived here for almost 20 years. We know all of our neighbors and they told us the only new people near our house was the crew that did the fumigation. I don't know how they are in business and cleary this was completely organized and they knew exactly what rooms to go to steal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IN OXNARD!!!!

This termite fumigation company did an outstanding job for a very reasonable fair price, much lower than the most popular termite fumigation companies. As promised, they called 30 minutes before their arrival. What impressed me was how cautious and careful they were around my plants. They took special caution with the roof tiles. The tent was removed by the commitment time & we were able get back in. I highly recommend that you use this fumigation company they are A++++++
