Technician showed up on time. He was professional, informative, and did a good job cleaning my carpet. He also seemed honest compare to some other techs I had in the past. Only thing I wasn't sure i needed scotchgard application on my fairly new carpet and the extra charge that came with it. Also how to really know if it was applied.
