This is my second time taking my cat and I had a great experience once again! The owners are super approachable and even offered excellent recommendations for my cat's health. Their communication is top-notch, and I always feel like my pet is in good hands. I'll definitely be bringing my other pets here in the future. Highly recommend!

Owners are casual, talented, were nice enough to groom my dog on short notice and treated him very well. He went in looking like an old little man and came out looking like a young puppy stud lol. The complimentary scarf and treats went a long way, Billy was a happy camper, can't wait to take him in for a "trim". Another observation: owners are knowledgeable about certain breeds and are naturals, relaxed and calm which is a big plus. I felt my dog was safe and well cared for while being groomed which is everything to a concerned pet owner,such a relief!

I will continue to bring my Baby Milo. From the moment you walk in you can feel the warm and positive energy. They pay attention to every detail. I once’s walked in to drop off my baby and I saw the owner (wife) softly petting a cat that was going to be groomed. The cat was nice and calm. It was a beautiful sight to see. I highly recommend Pet Affair to anyone that is hesitant to take their Fur babies to a groomer. They don’t disappoint.
