The doctors take the time to examine each animal carefully, ensuring they receive proper care. Many customers have praised the communication and engagement with pet owners, working with them to create plans that meet their needs. One customer even described the hospital as a "treasure," emphasizing the excellent customer service and genuine care shown to both pets and their owners. Despite being a bit far for some, it is considered the perfect place for those nearby to bring their fur babies.
Staff are very welcoming and greeted you by you first name as soon as you walk in. Clean lobby and examination rooms. I love the fact they give a medical summary of what happened during your visit. The summary is email to me before I even get home. The first visit had a welcome sign with my dogs name on it when we entered the examination room. How sweet is that. Quick in and out. No long wait times!!
We had a wonderful experience, we brought our dog in with hip issues, and they took great care of us. He currently is on a one-shot a month regiment and is doing well. He has more pepp in his step than he has in years. The staff was warm and welcoming. Clean environment. Tank says thanknyou for the cheese Wizz and making him feel better. He's playing ball again.
My experience was great. Very nice staff. Very patient and accommodating to the elderly / disabled. They are understanding of people's inability to pay for all the suggested treatments, even going as far as to provide a service for free when denied for care credit. Definitely a place I would recommend. Prices of initial visit was reasonable. These guys just super seem to be in it for animals and their humans, rather than money, or getting people in and out quickly by rushing through appointments. Very pleased.
