Our AC went out in this current heat wave, we live in Chico and placed a few calls to the local HVAC companies with no response. Brian answered the call on the 1st attempt and said he would have his technician reach out to us, within an hour Justin had called me back and fit us into his schedule. We are extremely happy with Greg’s Heating and Air, Justin’s professionalism and promptness were amazing. We will only be doing our HVAC business with Greg’s from now on even though they’re 30 miles away

Shout out to Brian! We had an issue with a service and I left a vm. Brian called me back first thing the next morning. He allowed me to explain why I was slightly upset. He never interrupted, never made an excuse, he simply went out of his way to make things right. I myself work in customer service and my husband is a tech for a cable/internet/security company so we know mistakes happen. I also like to give credit where credit is due. Rather than leaving a bad review I want to let the company know I appreciate them making things right. Wonderful, was able to buy some fuses that no one else around even sells, dude in the store was super helpful, knew exactly what I needed. Major life saver for us and our indoor pets and rescue fosters.
