WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Did our taxes with Kylie in Feb 2022 and it is now April 15th. It's been quite some time now. Where's the refund right??? My husband called to follow up on April 15th, the receptionist said their system "crash" and they have an extension to do everyone taxes. What kind of excuse is this WTF! No courtesy call of any kind letting us know this problem. We won't get our refund until May now. If they even push through. DO NOT DO TAXES WITH KYLIE OR ANYONE AT THIS OFFICE. We will take our service to another RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY company next year. I'm am beyond LIVID!!!!!!
