Zack went above and beyond to diagnose our problem with a loud compressor. We had other companies that said that they would have to replace entire ac unit. Zack diagnosed that it was a bad compressor and contacted Trane to replace compressor under warranty. We have used Howes before and have always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism. Would highly recommend them.
Howe's worked hard to take care of getting my heater fixed. They kept in constant contact telling me when ordered parts vwould be received. Once received they quickly set up a time to come and install them. The staff was friendly, courteous and on time Thank you so much Howe's! I highly recommend Howe's.
Oh my gosh. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are over the top honest and fair. I had a blocked condensation line. They unblocked it. A few months later, same issue. They fixed it again (and permanently) at no charge.
