I've been with farmers for about 30 years. Recently I've tried to make changes to my policy. I called 5 times over 2 weeks and nothing was done. I needed to sign 2 documents to make the changes. But after multiple phone calls, nothing was ever sent to me to sign. I called corporate. Made the changes in about 20 minutes. Was sent the docs to sign while I was still on the phone. Then selected a new agency, called corporate again and put in for the move. 3 auto's and a house. 5 stars for Farmers 2 stars for the service at this location. Farmers has been a great company to deal with. This location not so much. I
