We were referred to Nena 5 years ago by our CPA financial planner. She has proven each year easier to work with and a better communicator than the CPA firms we had used in the past. Nena has provided help with our out-of -state income and complex investment situations. She is very knowledgeable and will research complex issues to ensure she has the up to date info as rules can change at any time! Since COVID we have used ZOOM instead of in-person meetings; we scan the 1099s and worksheets then upload to her portal. Her "Taxdome" web portal is an improvement which allows us to see past year tax returns and documents we have uploaded. Our past CPAs did not offer easy access to our filings and data. Her rates are reasonable and we never feel rushed. She responds promptly to confidential messaging via her portal. Try expecting that from a CPA! We recommend Nena highly. Her reputation continues to grow; so book an appointment early!

This is my first year filing taxes with Nena and I will definitely be back. The system where you upload your documents is very easy and user-friendly. It helped things go very quickly. Once I got there, there was only a couple more documents to enter and I was out of there with taxes filed in less than an hour. She's very thorough and makes sure to triple check her work as well as has you double check info as well. Highly recommend!

I have found less expensive and WAAAY BETTER Service. These people are soooo RUDE and don't take the time to go over other possibilities of saving you money. Its their way or the highway. Go somewhere else ! Save your money
