We are so happy with Alonzo and his partner. They are professional, punctual, and great communicators and knowledgeable. They do what they promise. They did great job with my travertine floors and cleaning/ regrouting our shower room and marbles ., I definitely recommend him and his group.

If there were a ten star rating, I would award it to this amazing company. Jim Sanchez was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, honest. Keith was fabulous at helping run the project and keeping us beautifully informed. We had extensive water damage from a leak that had probably been there for the five years since our house was built, but recent downpours in Southern California brought it into our awareness when the ceiling started to sag. World Restoration came in and, in a week's time, sealed off two rooms, removed damage building materials, cleaned up the mess and mold and disinfected. They were immaculate, courteous, responsive, and 100% professional. The young men who did the hard work were so polite and thoughtful, such an impressive crew. They left everything completely clean, dry and ready for the next repair team. OUTSTANDING company!

I can't recommend these guys enough. For one, their communication is absolutely on point. I dealt with at least 3 other companies and it was like pulling teeth just trying to get a quote, and many never even got back to me after several follow-up attempts. Not to mention they were the only ones who really seemed like they knew what they were talking about. I would especially recommend these guys if insurance won't cover you - dealing with the insurance oriented companies is a bit out of their wheelhouse and you'll navigate a very tangled web trying to get any type of service from them. World Restoration was able to come out to survey the water damage I had due to a leaky fridge hose that, unbeknownst to me, was leaking under my kitchen floorboards for quite some time, causing mold and mushrooms to spawn, and they got a quote out to me that very same day. Very professional from beginning to end, and since I was working from home at the same time, I really appreciated Keith's extremely accurate time estimates as to when they would arrive so that I could make sure I was available to grab the door. I had forgotten to mention a few days into the demolition process that water had leaked under my carpet a bit and I asked if they could check that as well - no problem at all, they lifted up the carpet, removed the bit of mold that was there, and disinfected it properly. Even went the extra mile to carefully place everything in the garage so that it was all as out of the way of the cars as possible and answered any questions I had.
